All members signing up for service are required to pay a minimum $35. This includes a membership fee of $5, an application fee of $10 and a connection fee of $20. The membership fee is refunded to the member when membership is terminated. Depending on the credit history of the applicant, a security deposit may also be required.
Charges and Fees for Services:
- During regular office hours
- Before or after regular office hours and on weekends
- Other miscellaneous charges
