Tuesday, May 11 (Drive-Thru Registration/Voting: 7 a.m. – 11 a.m.)

Tuesday, May 11 (Virtual Business Meeting: 7 p.m.)

Where:     Horry Electric Conway office

Why:        Register for Annual Meeting/Vote on Board of Trustee candidates

FOR NON-PERSON MEMBERSHIPS

THIS APPLIES ONLY TO NON-PERSON MEMBERSHIPS

What is a NON-PERSON ENTITY? Examples of non-person entities include, but are not limited to, businesses, churches and homeowner/property owner associations.

Representatives of such entities will need to complete a Non-Person Membership Registration and Voting Document prior to the 2021 Annual Meeting Early Drive-Thru Registration and present it, plus supporting documentation at the Drive-Thru Registration.

Representatives will not be allowed to Register or Vote without this document or any of the required documentation indicated for each type of non-person entity.

Documentation must be notarized by a Notary Public that does not work for the Cooperative. The Non-Person Membership Registration and Voting Document will not be available at the Early Drive-Thru Registration and Voting held on May 10 and 11.

The Non-Person Membership Registration and Voting Document will be in effect solely for the purpose of voting at the 2021 Annual Meeting of Members Early Drive-Thru Registration and will need to be updated on an annual basis prior to the Annual Meeting of Members.
