Applications for new service may be processed in person, by phone or by using the Service Application online form. All members are required to pay membership, application and connection fees. A security deposit may also be required.
A Welcome Kit is available for new members.
All new members are also required to complete and sign a MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION.
Please note that initiating participation in some programs or services may not be accomplished by phone and, in those cases, a visit to the office will be required.
The application process includes specific requirements for photo identification, a credit check, proof of ownership and/or rental agreement, as well as the location address. In some instances, you will need to supply permit information.
